Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
If the book(s) you have ordered do not meet your requirements they can be returned to us within 28 days of purchase and a full refund of the purchase price will be made providing they are received by us in their original condition. However, please note delivery costs will only be refunded if the book(s) supplied are defective or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Books
Defective or damaged books can be returned within 28 days of purchase - providing they are in their original condition - at no expense to you. We shall refund the cost of the book(s) purchased and the relevant postage cost of both sending to you and returning to us.

Multiple Orders
If only one book from a multiple order is found to be defective or damaged, then a pro-rata sum will be calculated and refunded to you.

Method of Posting
Please ensure that book(s) are suitably packaged and for your own protection, we would recommend that you use some form of recorded delivery when returning book(s) to AnotherBookShop.com

Refunds
If you have paid by Credit or Debit card your card will be refunded within 28 days of receipt of the returned book(s). You will receive an email advising you when the book(s) have been received by us. If you have paid by cheque you will receive a refund cheque within 28 days.

Return Notes
Please ensure that you include a note with your returned book(s) clearly stating your own name and address and date of purchase and our order reference number. Also include details of your reason for returning the book(s). Please also include your email address so that we can notify you when returned books are received by us.
